Just got of EK F syd-dxb. the food was ok but not stunning as I remember form my 2 trips last year.
Did manage to polish off 6 bottles of the good stuff between 3 though
did have to ask for it to be more chilled which they certainly did ^
and I was pleased to see Moet on the DXM MAN in J. but when will they realise that champgane needs to be very cold!

I asked for it to be chilled more but they said they do not have any way to get it colder (they carry very little ice)
so I decided not to drink it
I recently posted my experience regarding the service of alcoholic drinks to Customer Affairs. The response was"A large number of the cabin crew are Muslim and therefore do not drink alcohol.Their knowledge of alcoholic cocktails is limited".
I guess it did not say on the menu that you will be served chilled champagne.
