Could someone confirm if I have the right understanding for the following booking classes for CE booked from the UK regarding changing flights:

J - Fully flexible
D - changes possible, but only by upgrading to J (TA told me this, but wasn't sure if correct)
C - No changes possible
I - No changes possible
vSFU is offline
