How strict on cabin baggage ex SIN (C Class)
Just wondering how strict SQ are on the 7kgs x 2 allowance for Raffles pax?

We have 4 bags (2 adults plus one infant) and the combined weight would be below 28kgs but are they likely to get annoyed if one piece is say 12kgs?

Is it better to collect the BPs from Paragon and just proceed straight to the lounge/gate from there?

Oh, while i'm on, what's the accepted time to leave the lounge ahead of departure. I know not to go when it first clicks to final call, but is it about T-30 mins?
