Thanks again.
With respect to eVIP and 500 mile stickers, I have a couple stickers (I can see that on aa.com), but not enough to upgrade someone for that flight. I was talking about when you become EXP, AA gives you the 8 automatic upgrades when you book the reservation to use in that year. Is that called eVIP? I could use those - correct buy purchaing 2 coach tickets and then upgrading assuming availability?
As per the other question, starting in early Sept, there is a coach Mile Save Off Peak travel ticket to the Carribbean for 25,000, but with AA's 25th year stuff going on, I can get it for the 25% off at 18,750! If I decided to go that way, however that means no upgrade allowed as it would be an award ticket. I have 2 award tickets on hold and they show up as 18,750 miles and $10 fee.
I'm not missing anything am I?
