I ask this question because I was recently allowed arrivals lounge access -- when coming off an AF (long-haul) flight in coach -- upon presentation of my DL Platinum (SkyTeam Elite+) card and the boarding pass stub for my previous flight and my boarding pass for the next flight. (I went to the Arrivals Lounge after the lounge personnel from the departure area lounge told me that I could use the showers in the arrivals lounge. I was a bit in disbelief but they said they were confident I would be allowed access.

I must say that I've had very good AF ground service staff and in-flight service interactions as of late.
