Here are some options with MileSAAver availability (unfortunately, I can only find return flights from Bogota):
Flight down there:
5/24 or 5/29 to Quito
5/24 or 5/30 to Guayaguil
5/24, 5/28 or 5/30 to Bogota
Coming back:
8/8-8/10 BOG - RDU
All of those price out to 35,000 miles. Unless you're booking a simple Bogota R/T, you can't do these on AA.com and you'll have to call an AAgent.
