As mentioned, that's not the case in BC. When I went to change my driver's licence from BC to Ontario, the 'test' consisted of 2 questions. What does flashing red mean and what does flashing green mean? I didn't quite get them right (I had a confusing morning getting to my new aprartment

), but she explained them and gave me my license. Interestingly when I converted back to Ontario they didn't ask anything.
