Spoke too soon
My wife on the YYZ - HKG flight tomorrow AM is bumped back to Economy. Apparently 12 people were. She only found out when checking in online.

The agent told me it is apparently the "same plane" not connecting through Vancouver but still direct. I don't think this is possible is it?

Agent told me she can get $400 credit or 15,000 Aeroplan points from the ticket counter for the downgrade.



I wish we knew earlier than tonight so we could have moved the dates.
