I looked up the Nokia 6200 and it appears to be a GSM phone.

GSM is one area I know a fair amount about. I am having a difficult time figuring out how a GSM cellphone could turn on an electric razor, and even more difficulty understanding how even if did do that, the razor would STAY on after the behavior that caused it to happen ceased. Every electric razor I've seen requires either holding down or physically flipping a switch to complete the power circuit on an ongoing basis.

GSM phones, when turned on, regularly send out location updates even if not in use, so this pretty much means the phone is almost always sending or receiving a signal. So if this does occur, it should occur all the time the phone is powered on.

I'm not unconditionally ruling it out. But to track this one down, I'd like to hear more about the specific circumstances this event occurred, if at all possible.
