I've asked myself the same question! As far as I know the Devils only have one more season at Continental Arena, they're planning on moving to the Newark/Devils/Sponsor Name Arena in time for the 2007/08 season.

The Brooklyn/Nets/Sponsor Name Arena is according to reports not on schedule for opening in time for the 2008/08 season (possibly not even for the following season) so that means they could carry on playing at Continental Arena or move in with the Devils?

As far as I know the outlook for the Continental Arena is bleak, as the Devils/Nets are the two major tenants. They do host quite a few big name concerts but if that's enough to keep it alive, we shall see!
