They have it installed. However, you might recal that TG blew some tires landing at MEL during a very strong gusting crosswind landing last quarter of 2005. It was reported that a lot of pax freaked out when the nose moved 15-20 degrees away from the runway just on touchdown. Maybe TG have decided that its more trouble than its worth!!!

The 747 that took to me AKL in Nov (surprisingly) had a camera fitted and it was running throughout the approach and touchdown/taxi. However the return in early Dec on A346 the camera was, disappointingly, not activated.
