As Mrs. Fredd and I are in the same general age range and with almost as many EQMs, I took particular note of your concern. If I faced circumstances such as you describe, I'd probably consider the extreme of getting a legal opinion first and proceeding from there. I agree that if you shared more of the details helpful and knowledgeable folks in this forum could offer you sound advice.
