Flight incident..who to write to?

We just returned on flight 858, PVG-SFO. My wife was attacked verbally and threatened by on of the mature FA's on this flight. She reported her as a "unruly passenger" and a security threat. We were met at SFO by a UA representative and after talking with us he allowed us to continue our ongoing flight to arrive home. His description of the FA's report was a complete fabrication.

My wife is a 65 year old grandmother and a long time 1P. She is very quiet and undemanding. We each have 72,701 EQM's in the first 4 months of this year. Most of this was in revenue C. We have NEVER had a problem with any crew member in all of our many years of flying. We are usually very quiet and undemanding and tend to be more surprised at good service than disturbed by poor service.

Without Boring everyone with the details...I would just like to know who and where we should write to at least give her side of this story. It appears that the FA and purser have reported falsely.
The threats made were that she would be removed from the flight, account flagged as a "problem passenger", banned from future UA flights and that we would be denied our on-going flight from SFO. They did attempt the last threat as we were met in SFO but allowed to continue.

My wife was very traumatized by this aggressive and hostile attack and has now advised that she will not fly UA again in fear of having it happen again and having no defense against it. I can not say that I disagree.

I do need to write a letter to someone and try to give an account of the incident. I do not expect any meaningful response..but want to go on record at any case.
