Second, posting the same thread in 2 or 3 fora is frowned upon.
Third, periods.
Fourth, if UA doesn't have seat available, how do you want us to help? If there are no seats available then you can't upgrade, pretty simple. If you want to use your miles on Singapore then ask the Singapore forum.
