Unlike my banks, credit card companies, stock brokers, online shopping sites, FlyerTalk, etc...
I guess it just comes down to a matter of personal preference and practice.
My ff and stay numbers are burned into my brain, all memorized. My usernames, not so much -- those are the ones I would have to go to some file somewhere to look up.
