What I'd like for the UI:

1. Support use of the BACK button, and require only 1 click to get back to the previous page which should appear the way it did when you left it

2. Make sure page objects are ordered correctly for "tabbing" between them

3. No popup-on-mouse-over anything

4. Small HTML footprint so those of us with dialup don't have to wait 3 minutes for a page to load

5. Ability to type in city/airport names/codes as opposed to mandatory use of a drop-down selector

6. Allow login with a user name (do not require FF membership number)

Flight search:

1. Ability to specify a MINIMUM number of connections

2. Ability to search a range of dates at once (see Southwest availability matrix)

3. Ability to view/select seats before and after purchase

4. Ability to view full fare rules and restrictions

5. Always display aircraft type and on-time performance

6. Always display all-in fares rather than baiting-and-switching with lowballs that don't include the taxes
