Which airline are you flying? If you ABSOLUTELY have to be in Denver by Saturday AM, I would drive. Of course, that is if you can find a rental car company that still has cars available. From what I am hearing on the news, they may not resume airline travel until this weekend.
With all of the sports and concert cancelations (due to flight suspension) I would assume you might have trouble getting on your flight.
I have a flight on Saturday and with at least three days of flight backlog, I can assume I may not get on my flight.
