1. DREAM MAPS FOR FARE RANGES!!!! (Hm, where can I go from STL for <$150 next month?)

2. DREAM MAPS FOR 'STANDARD' AWARD TICKETS!!!! (Hm, where can I go from STL for 25k miles in August?)

3. I love the route map comments -- I have to hunt any airlines' website scrupulously to find it. In the in-flight mag, they're always easy, they are right inside the back cover. Why so difficult on the website?

4. If an agent can do it when I call in, I should be able to do it through the website. I realize this is probably an unattainable goal in all situations, but it should be what you strive toward.
