All points fully valid.
But it will not optimize your PPS sector count if you are into that

If you are into that and make split segments - you might need to make the connecting leg on SQ 1 from HKG to SIN as an open booking - because SQ will otherwise make one segment of it. Just book your seat in a seperate booking in the correct class to ensure your seat on the contimued flight.
