It would be nice if they could iron out these small but annoying issues.

Anyway I have had no joy with BAEC UK so I just went ahead and booked the tkt through BAEC Israel (where no fee is included though the lady empahsized 'yet')

I will be writing a letter to BAEC/customer relations and intend to include all the points raised in this thread.

Will let you know the outcome if any
