As an AS MVPG I can select Exit-Row Seats via the Web or via phone and according to the reciprocal agreement with elites NW should get it as well. If you get an AS agent who will not assign you an exit row seat as an NW elite, I would politely ask for a supervisor and they should clear up any confusion. (or you can use the 'ol "thank you - hang up - call back" routine)
