Thank you to people who completed my survey. My research objective is to find out the passenger perception, regarding this issue and evaluate the economics of having in-flight mobile telephony. As you all know everyday airlines are evaluating new technologies and trying to implement innovations in to their products. In this scenario, this study will help the airlines to analyse whether to go forward with their plans of implementing in-flight mobile telephony.
