Interesting Article About Checking In At Hotels
I just had a bad experience with a check in at the Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui. This article makes so much sense. We had the feeling that we were bothering them by being there. We were lied to and that set the tone. I wish all hotels would follow the advise in this article.
