Slightly OT, but a couple of months ago (I'm PC, not by my Centurion status, and a pretty rare status in Norway a we only have Preferred, not Select in our national programme) when arriving at LPA and fumbling to get my card out at the side of a monstrous queue (Easily >20 customers arriving on multiple charter flights) the station manager literally dropped everything he was doing, left his current customer slightly agast.
Upgraded from Group F to P, escorted to my car, free child seat, and follow up call. Upon returning my car a space was already blocked for my arrival clo0se to the airport entrance, and an employee upon recognizing the licensenumber immediately came over with a luggage cart in tow. Excellent, and at this location I hardly think they could do any better even for Chariman status.
