I flew AA from DFW to ORD last weekend and was sitting in "real" first class on a three-class 777. The cost of the trip was about $700 and we were offered a bag of sugared peanuts (I think the bag had 5 nuts in it) and a drink during our 2 hour delay on the ground and 2 in the air. Mr Walsh, please don't travel to America and get any ideas.
