What do I now to get my 678 miles on UA? I still have the boardoing pass but it shows a US FF number on it.
Thanks for any help.
You are probably not going to be able to get these miles on UA. As the US FF was on the boarding pass, the miles will have been credited to US. AFAIK, there isn't a process to have miles removed from US and re-credited to UA.
It's still worth a call to UA to see if something is possible -- but I wouldn't count on it.
The advice for the future is to make sure that the boarding pass shows your UA number. Don't accept the agent's word that it's in the system...
