You can use an online photo printing service.
New accounts at snapfish.com get 20 free prints, Use the code FREESNAP at checkout for free shipping. I just tried it, and my epassport photo loaded just fine.
I think KodakGallery offers new users free prints, too, but I don't have a free ship code for them.
