Greetings. I am throwing much more of my business to CO while NW sorts out its affairs. Of course I am doing all of the mileage boosting things including obtaining the Chase M/C. I have utilized without problems the ONEPASS code in conjunction with paying with the card to receive the 5% discount in the past. However, I recently booked one of the Z fares that CO is offering from US to Europe that are advertised on the initial page of CONTINENTAL.COM. The discount did not apply. The small print states all published fares. I called the dedicated elite line, I have made it to Silver thus far, and they referred me to the Internet help desk which was of no help. The person just said maybe this was a special fare. Well, it is, but it is not so special that it can't be found on other reservation systems. The fare basis code is published on Travelocity. I called back later in the day, and the elite line rep re-iterated this point. What ultra-fine print am I missing? I see how CONTINENTAL.COM weekender fares might not apply, but this isn't exclusive to CONTINENTAL.COM.

This wasn't a great experience for one who is embarking on potentially heavy bookings on CO.
