I thought about that but it means flying China Eastern if going from LAX or having to go via ORD if flying AA. Based on what I've been able to gather, service/seats in business on China Eastern aren't great and going via ORD makes it a 30 -40 hour journey rather than 13 or 14. Suggestion much appreciated though ^
