I ALWAYS wear underwires, and go through many developing country airports and never have been searched like that. (Admittedly, not Turkey but Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan etc.) I concur with the poster, wear a sports bra for those times (i usually pack one for workouts) and see what happens.
