I'm surprised that the hotel manager didn't do something about it. The last time this happened to me, the manager threatened to kick the couples out if they didn't quiet down. (yes, I said COUPLES, since there were two men and two women, doing you know what.... )
I was actually thinking of calling the local Child Welfare Agency and reporting that someone is having sex with a minor -- they'll send cops and maybe reporters.
