Programs: AC Elite. 1MM with AC. Another million miles with everybody else.

About a year ago, my bag arrived at YOW with a missing wheel. A visit to the AC baggage services folks and they gave me a chit to take to Capital City Luggage on Wellington. It was fixed in a day and I never saw the bill.

After that great service, I would be piqued if I had to send the bag off to YUL to get fixed.
