Sorry to hear you couldn't sit together for your honeymoon trip. KLM should have made it happen. Tip for next time: Check in online 30 hours before your first flight, and secure seats for all legs. This will always get you seats together, and usually if I'm checking in at the 30 hour mark I can get exit row seats on longhauls.
