My turn. I got the change in T&C in the mail today, there will be a 3% foreign transaction fee effective 6/30/06. This is on my MBNA Fidelity Investment Rewards Platinum Plus MasterCard, which I got in Sept 04. The 1.5% cash rebate is automatically transferred to my Fidelity every quarter.
