As above, it was vouchers for use at a couple of places - i used mine at Cafe Bellagio for all 3 days. The value was indeed small, it was something like $9 or $12 per person per day. You could apply it as credit towards more expensive items on the menu.

Don't think it was valid for in room dining. I agree its not in the spirit of the program.
