I am in need of advice also. I have Mrs. Outoftown and my flight booked on AA 7/1 to arrive Lima 7/2 at 4:17am. I was just planning to fly direct to Cuzco (after some coffee and doughnuts) the arrival morning. I too would appreciate info since I have to book hotels and trains.
