I have to agree...JFK crews are the best in the system...I had just gotten off United ps flight 24 from LAX and the service was stellar....I had Joey V. as my purser and the gentleman working w/ him in F/C f/a Scott was on par if not that above a Singapore flight...I wanted for nothing...They anticipated ALL of our needs for the entire flight. Even w/ and hour delay at the gate due to Chicago based pilots we were wined and dined the ENTIRE time. These 2 should be a role models for United's new recruits. While some crews do dissappoint me at times its flights like these that make me a a loyal United customer and #1 fan of ps!!! thanks guys for one of my best flights ever ^
