The Bellagio coupons are only good for a few places (possibly only one), and not the nicest ones. Also, their value is really small, if I recall. I don't think they satisfy the spirit of the FHR program at all. I haven't stayed there for a while, but the near total lack of FHR recognition is the main reason I don't go back.
