However... I think your survey is somewhat flawed. You seem to think that people actually WANT in-flight mobile telephones or (God help us) in-flight VOIP. If you look at previous discussions here on FT you will find that the majority of those who have expressed an opinion are actually quite firmly against. Your survey should include more options that reflect the possiblity that people might be opposed to the whole idea - for example, I've left the "How much would you be prepared to pay" questions blank for the simple reason that I would not be using such a service therefore would not be prepared to pay for it.
