I have had crew offer sundaes to Y passengers on p.s. SFO-JFK. Just ignore any envious stares.

On an early morning LGA-DEN one summer Monday, I moved back to an empty 757 exit row to spread out and work. The FA came along and we chatted a bit, then brought me a cup of tea in F chinaware. ^
