The FS in Whistler was built to the exacting standards of the Olympic committee as part of Whistler's Olympic bid and is ultra-luxurious. Food and service are OK but not quite as grandiose, however Whistler has the Bear Bistro and BB is one of the 10 best restaurants in North America. And I don't say that lightly.
