OK, in addition to all the other details of the interaction, we must know something about her derriere in order to conclude whether she had reason to be sensitive about that part and thought the FA alluded to her individually or all of them collectively. Seems improbable to me, but we want to be sure we have covered all possibilities as we try to understand what upset her. (What would have upset me was her encouragement of E+ poaching.)
