We know
Yield Management uses statistical methods to maximise revenue. However, the occasional simple event may skew the predictions and you end up with an unusual situation as in that described by the OP.
It could simply be that since the last YM review of the flight's loadings, an unusually large number of F cabin bookings on this flight were either moved to another flight or cancelled.
