Ain't happening. If money is not an issue try private-jetting it .

Kidding aside, at that time of the night, it would probably take a 100 mins getting from Indira Gandhi International to Palam Airport. That might seem a bit of an exaggeration, but an hour and 40 mins to connect from an international arrival to a domestic connection is a bit unrealistic.
