Maybe they could afford to provide some training, and pay incentives, if they doubled the fares (of course, we know that they'll never double fares strictly to stay competitive with the other U.S. carriers, so rather a moot point). Send those employees off to Hawaii for a week for some training, and offer them bonuses (say, for favorable surveys returned), and things could be a lot better out there.
