Upgrades as a 2P (IAD-DEN)??

HI,
I am a new 2P and this summer I will be traveling twice a month IAD-DEN-BUR and back.

How are the chances for a 2P to upgrade the IAD-DEN leg and the DEN-IAD leg with e500's.
