i was booking a trip yesterday @ 1229 fare. went through the whole process and got to the last step. The robot wanted to charge my card 1500plus???? finally got an agent and got the original fare with the (real person) fee waived I agree there should be a way to get a person immediately. Maybe if you just say shut up a few times Or would some consider it politically incorrect to say "shut up" to a piece of silicon
