Has anyone had experience upgrading award stays at Le Grand? I have secured award nights for 2 rooms/3 nights in August, when I'm sure the business trade will be low, and would like to get a better room, perhaps even with Club access. I'm not opposed to paying some reasonable amount (100-150 euros per night.) Merci!
