I'd be surprised if you can request row 21 though - there are 4 bassinet positions for 8 seats and these will be held back for parents travelling with infants - in fact we are travelling with an infant on a 777 later this year and although Mrs TT1F and my daughter (who has a seat) have Row 21 allocated for the bassinet position for our infant, I can't get the same row even though we are travelling together and I am a BA Gold - I know it will be sorted at checkin unless there are 4 infants travelling on the same flight (nightmare!!) but you may still get bumped even if you OLCI at T-24
