PS is a great service. The FA's are great. Flew my GF in C SFO-NYC. she is rather agoraphobic, has flown ony when really neccessary, of course this has put a dent in our relationship BUT that recent trip in C PS she found so relaxing, she was reassured by all the crew, she did mention her issue to the FA. This situation has really made me loyal to United and now always look forward to flying PS to NYC.
